Restaurant Participation and Setup
- Participation is free for restaurants, with the understanding that food samples will be donated.
- Participating restaurants should plan on being setup by 6:00pm for a 6:30pm start time to the "Taste of Creek" portion of the event. The event will end promptly at 8:30pm.
- We will provide an 8-foot table and 2 chairs for each vendor
- Each restaurant should plan on serving small samples to anywhere from 200 to 400 guests.
- Distribution of promotional materials is strongly encouraged (such as discount coupons, flyers, and other giveaways.)
Other Vendor Participation and Setup
- There is a flat fee of $25 for a space (with 8-foot table and 2 chairs.)
- Participating vendors should plan on being setup by 6:00pm for a 6:30pm start time. The event will end promptly at 8:30pm.
Other Ways to Participate
- Donating gift cards, unique items, or "big ticket" items that can be raffled, used as door prizes, or included in the silent auction.
- Providing discount coupons that will be included with the price of admission.
